For Audio/Visual Volunteers

Audio Volunteers: Please read these important notes:

1.The assigned volunteer should both be at the booth 20 minutes before the service begins. This allows time for any issues to be resolved and gives some extra time to hand-out equipment such as microphones.

2.If you are not able to work at your assigned time, please swap with someone and write the change on the schedule that is posted in the booth.

3.Turn-off all spotlights and track lights when leaving the booth and lock the door.

For Power Point Volunteers

The PowerPoint presentations will be prepared for you and on the computer desktop. There should also be a hard copy in the AV room to assist you in maneuvering through the presentation in case the worship leader deviates from the prepared script. Please arrive 15 minutes before service time to run the announcement PowerPoint and orient yourself for the service. It is imperative that you swap weeks or call a sub if you cannot meet your assigned time. If you cannot find someone to fill in, please call me. Additional names will be added as volunteers come forward and training is completed. If you know anyone who would like to volunteer, please let me know. Thanks for your willingness to serve!
