Aooh . . .V.B.S. Parents dropping off their kids, sitting in a classroom studying a little book; warm kool-aid and 2 vanilla cookies. Oh, wait that was when I was growing up! That was then. This is now: Parents have fun with their kids, families move around to see creative, funny skits teaching great lessons, and oh how the refreshments have changed! VBS at Antioch is a special time for kids as well as adults. Each year, we host this 4 night summer event of fun and teaching, directed by Children's MInister, Greg Adams.

Lessons in Obedience

The 2008 VBS theme is Bible Thrill Rides - Lessons in Obedience featuring Jonahs Underwater Adventure, Balaams Talking Donkey Ride, Elijahs Cyclone, and Pauls Jailhouse Rock. Each night will begin with the Bible Story presented in Radio Theater 1940s style. Kids, teens, and adults will enjoy the learning centers too. They are designed for all ages. Dont forget the arts and crafts, face painting, great food, and nightly special events.
