ANTIOCH CHRISTIAN DAY CAMP

NEW ACDC SUMMER SCHEDULE NOW AVAILABLE!

This summer, we begin our 12th year! ACDC is a day camp designed to teach children about God and to provide good, clean, and safe fun for Antioch's children, their friends, and guests. Most days will include a Bible story and songs. Kindness and respect will always be expected.

GUIDELINES

WHO: Must be 6 years old by the day of the event and not older than those who have just finished 6th grade.

WHERE: Most camp days we will gather here at Antioch in the LFH, but we will travel all over the city. Check the information sheet to get details each time.

WHEN: Camp days will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 3, 2008. Please do not drop off more than 10 minutes early and please pick up on time.

COST: Cost will vary each camp day according to the day's activities. Your payment should be made when you arrive (you do not need to pre-register).

Payments will cover admission on our field trips and provide extra helpers to watch your children. Most days, we will hold down costs by bringing our own lunches.

Adults are welcome to accompany us, however you may be required to pay your own adult admission price.

 

ACDC SCHEDULE

June 3 Sock Wars 10:00-2:00 - cost $3.50 - bring lunch, drink June 5 Bike, Skate Chalk Day 10:00-2:00 - cost $2.50 - bring lunch, drink, plus chalk, bikes, jump ropes, scooters, etc. Helmets required for anything with wheels (drop off bikes under drive thru in back). June 10 Chuck E. Cheese - 10:00-1:30 - cost $8.00 - bring optional optional extra money. $8 includes pizza, drinks, 16 tokens. PICK UP AT CHUCK E CHEESE AT 1:30! June 12 Jump Zone 10:00-2:00 - cost $9.00 - bring lunch, drink, socks and optional money for refreshments at Jump Zone. June 17 Nashville Zoo - 10:00-3:00 - Cost $7.00 - bring lunch, drink, optional extra money. If you have a zoo membership, cost is only $3.00. Please give card to Greg at sign-in. June 19 Let It Shine Gym - 11:00-3:15 - Cost $6.00 - bring lunch, drink June 24 Game Day 10:00-2:00 - Cost $3.00 - bring lunch, drink and a game to play, i.e. card games, board games, videos, etc. June 26 Cane Ridge Park Area 1 10:00-2:00 - Drop off and pickup at the park. Cost $2.00; bring lunch, drink, snack, outdoor toys. June 27 Movie Day - Movie "Wall-E" rated G. 10:00 - TBA Cost $9.00; bring lunch, drink. Drop off Room 40/42 at 10:00 am and pick up Bell Forge Theater at 2:15. We will eat lunch before we go to the movie; no refreshments will be purchased at the theater unless by parent.
