Volunteer case managers to help their neighbors work through the process of recovery and rebuilding are needed. This is a great opportunity for retired folks who don't have the physical ability to clean-out or rebuild, but who can love folks and are willing to learn about the resources available to persons in need. Retired schoolteachers and social workers are excellent case managers, but anyone who has compassion for the needs of others and is able to give some time each day to help them is encouraged to be a part of this group. We will be holding two day case manager training this Thursday and Friday (June 3-4) at Christ Church on Old Hickory Boulevard If you are interested in participating e-mail jay@antiochumc.net.
